Dr. Siegfried Haug has written a wonderful book for insomniacs. The book ‘ I Want to Sleep' gives them solutions o their sleep problems. He has also developed some exercises for insomniacs.
He tells that seventy percent of Americans are insomniacs. It is shocking to know that Sixty five percent are women. These people take some kind of drugs to get sleep.
He says that sleep-problems are not necessarily a disease He writes", is about befriending sleep. Part of you wants to sleep. Part of you won't let you. This internal relationship problem requires counseling, not medication."
